Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland's Reykjavik. She coaches and trains at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the only woman to have ever won two CrossFit Games. She placed second in the both the 2010 and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. Her fame has been built on being the only woman to ever win twice at CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. A winner at both the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was born and raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area along with her parents and siblings. Since a young child she has been a sport and fitness fanatic. The first time she participated was time in 2009 at the CrossFit Games in California and did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as of 2021). She's 5' 7 and weighs around 67kg. Annie started CrossFit classes in California in the year 2009. Annie was able to do very well in the initial matches. Annie was ranked among in the top 10 among over 70. The team was unable to claim any titles and finished 11th in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. As a result of her exceptional performance, she was able to take home the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she was able to win consecutively. In 2014, Annie received a Silver medal as well as, more recently, in 2021 she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face of many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and the Sidekick Yorbae. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie" and has more than 1,000 viewers. The channel is where she shares videos about eating habits, parenting and travel.
