Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne has a passion for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online, and is an contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's unchangeable truth.
